We are seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to be responsible for facilitating all warehouse transactions, including incoming and outgoing materials. Your role involves operating forklifts, assisting with material handling tasks, and supporting various departments within the company as required. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving.
The position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
