Ole Mexican Foods Inc seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Springdale, AR to oversee daily warehouse, shipping and receiving activities while maintaining safety, accuracy and efficiency. You will implement standards for productivity, quality and customer service, and coordinate with drivers and divisional management to resolve issues.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, familiarity with warehouse software, and the ability to manage inventory and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse supervisory experience.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment (heat, cold, loud noises).
• Familiarity with warehouse software and MS Office.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving activities.
• Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards.
• Meet daily performance targets and increase productivity.
• Identify areas of improvement and coordinate with other departments.
• Manage inventory and storage area; ensure accuracy of shipments and transactions.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse and follow OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with drivers and division manager to resolve issues.
• Prepare and send inventory reports and transactions to corporate.
