Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our San Antonio site, guiding drivers, associates, and contractors. You will allocate labor, ensure safety, and uphold Fetch standards while coordinating with the Warehouse Manager.

You’ll own workflow, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining a safe, efficient, and resident-focused operation on a fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse/logistics/operations with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and use tech platforms to manage workflow.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; reliable and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open/close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Lead pre-shift/mid-shift meetings; communicate daily goals and assign duties.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Coach associates, conduct ride-alongs, and support continuous improvement with the Warehouse Manager.
• Train staff on SOPs and ensure SOP compliance across operations.
• Coordinate relationships with independent contractors and manage onboarding/dispatch.
• Monitor workflow with Fetch WMS and report KPIs; complete shift documentation.
• Maintain access control, safety, and incident reporting; address hazards promptly.
• Resolve customer experience tickets and de-escalate on-site concerns.
• Provide coverage for the Warehouse Manager when needed; uphold safety culture.
