Job summary

City Brewing Co in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse. You will oversee inbound/outbound flow, inventory accuracy, and ensure safe, compliant processes across GMP and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field, plus at least 2 years’ warehouse/logistics experience and 2 years’ supervisory experience. Flexibility to cover shifts and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cover varying shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure accurate flow of palletizers, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies and trucks.
• Supervise daily inventory, storage and movement of packaging materials and finished product.
• Balance and tag hold product; monitor daily hold adjustments and respond to QA in a timely manner.
• Supervise training, coaching and discipline of staff; schedule replacement coverage.
• Oversee scanning, WMS functions, meters vs. receipts and related reports; ensure GMP and safety compliance.
