Vistar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receipt, picking, loading, and documentation for next-day deliveries. You will work as part of a team, supervising staff and ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accuracy, and safety.

This role requires coordinating with the Warehouse Manager and leveraging the warehouse management system to optimize productivity. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, ensuring correct order fulfillment, stock rotation, and adherence to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises administrative staff: hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely and accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Ensures proper stocking and FIFO procedures for stock rotation.
• Demonstrates strong service quality and ensures team understands roles.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse tech to maximize productivity and suggests improvements.
• Maintains building security and health & safety program compliance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
