Job summary

Green Mountain Electric Supply, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor for our Liverpool, NY branch to lead daily warehouse operations and supervise staff.

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. The role requires planning stockroom layouts, coordinating with departments, and maintaining safety standards while mentoring a team and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos and to write simple correspondence.
• Knowledge of Paychex Payroll systems and Solar Database software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Plans layout of stockroom and storage areas.
• Trains and develops employees; assigns duties and examines work for quality and conformance.
