Green Mountain Electric Supply, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor at our Liverpool, NY branch. The role oversees ordering, receiving, storage, and shipping, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, includes opportunities for overtime, and offers benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), and a career growth path within our expanding electrical supplies business.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• An associate degree or equivalent or 6 months to 1 year related experience expected.
• Knowledge of Paychex Payroll systems and Solar Database software is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping.
• Plan layout of stockroom and storage areas considering turnover and size/weight of items.
• Advise staff on handling, care, and preservation of items.
• Schedule inventories and monitor stock levels for accuracy.
• Directly supervise all warehouse employees and handle staffing duties.
