Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will guide warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive key performance indicators across multiple areas including packing, receiving, and shipping.

The role emphasizes people leadership, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the Shift Manager on development plans. This is a full-time on-site position with no travel required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related warehouse experience; Team lead or supervisory experience managing 15+ associates is highly desired.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems, voice recognition, inventory control, and labor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas of responsibility.
• Manage daily activities of Warehouse Associates in fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations.
• Instruct and oversee safety, quality, and sanitation practices of warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager on PDPs; coach and guide Associates on performance feedback.
• Manage KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct audits for Safety, Quality, Shrink and Operations and promote ownership.
• Conduct accident investigations per company guidelines and document findings.
• Travel required: No.
