World Wide Technology is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 10-25 associates in receiving, moving, picking and shipping at our Edwardsville facility. You will guide daily operations and report to a Warehouse Manager.

Required are 5+ years of warehousing experience, PIT operation, strong communication skills and the ability to lift 50 pounds. You will drive safety, 5S, and process improvements to ensure smooth material flow and efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree.
• Experience operating a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• 5+ years of warehousing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10-25 warehouse personnel in receiving, moving, picking and shipping.
• Lead staff to meet department goals and directives.
• Participate in warehouse operations and report to Warehouse Manager.
• Promote safety practices and continuous process improvements.
• Optimize workflows and allocate resources to meet production needs.
• Ensure accurate ordering, shipping and warehousing processes.
• Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain 5S practices and organized workspaces.
