Job summary

Expeditors International is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, packing, inventory and shipping activities in a fast-paced facility. The role emphasizes safe operations, accuracy and team leadership within a Monday–Friday shift (1400–2200).

The supervisor coordinates schedules, equipment checks and cycle counts, guiding staff to meet KPI targets. With a strong background in warehouse processes, you will promote safety, maintain documentation, and collaborate with

Qualifications

2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proactive, strong organizational skills.
Must be able to work in a team and independently.
Desire to seek improvements in daily work.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily receiving, picking, packing, inventory and shipping activity and ensure accuracy.
Establish and enforce work schedules; lead, coach and discipline associates.
Maintain safety, security and housekeeping standards; ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained.
Coordinate inventory, cycle counts and KPI reporting; verify paperwork with drivers.
Communicate with management and staff; drive continuous process improvements.
