Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, lead staff, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You will meet daily shipment requirements and oversee inventory control, data entry, and client reporting.

Responsibilities include training warehouse personnel, expediting dock workflows, and maintaining high service levels for internal and external customers. A forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years previous team lead or supervisor experience.
• 5+ years Warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years experience with MS Outlook and Excel.
• 5+ years experience with 3PL systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse area with focus on quality, productivity, safety, and staff practices.
• Meet daily shipment requirements to sustain service levels and timely delivery.
• Monitor dock workflow and answer questions from staff, elevating when needed.
• Train staff on warehouse processes and safety, ensuring compliance.
• Handle all inventory control including data entry, cycle counts, and client reporting updates.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate issues to management regarding attendance, performance, and operations.
• Lead training and process improvements for warehouse personnel.
