Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor II to coordinate with staff to order, receive, store, inventory, issue, display and ship. This role also oversees supplies, tools, equipment and parts in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of supervisory/management experience, 2 years of warehouse experience, and PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); a valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workload priorities and direct movement of all products to meet customer needs.
• Coach, train, hire and support staff; provide regular feedback and recognition.
• Hold staff accountable for key responsibilities and goals.
• Plan monthly staff meetings, control expenses and turnover; meet goals.
• Ensure safety and proper use of machines and equipment.
