The role coordinates ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, displaying and shipping, and oversees supplies, tools, equipment and parts in the warehouse and on the sales floor. Responsibilities include prioritizing workloads, coaching and hiring staff, conducting meetings, controlling expenses, and enforcing attendance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year supervisory or management experience.
• 2 years' warehouse experience.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record preferred.
• PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access preferred.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check.

• Manage: Coach, train, hire and support staff. Provide regular feedback and recognition.
• Plan: Develop agendas, conduct monthly staff meetings, control expenses/turnover and meet goals.
• Punctuality: Apply the attendance policy to scheduled training events.
• Safety: Ensure machines/equipment are properly utilized and correct unsafe behaviors.
• Teamwork: Perform duties of supervised staff to meet deadlines and fill in when short staffed.

Pay Range: $57,566 - 71,382 annually

The scheduled hours for the role are 2nd shift working from Mondays and Thursdays through Sundays from 12:30-9:30pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday OFF!

NFM's Warehouse Supervisor II will coordinate with staff to accomplish ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, displaying and shipping. This person will also be responsible for supplies, tools, equipment and parts in the warehouse and/or sales floor.
