Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, plan layout of storage areas, and ensure efficient workflow. You will oversee staff, enforce safety regulations, and coordinate with different teams to meet shipping deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong skills in leadership, planning, and quality control.

• Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas to optimize turnover and space use.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items; uses equipment effectively for handling, storing, and shipping stock.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow to meet deadlines.
• Assigns duties, inspects work for quality and compliance with policies.

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Standing/Walking 75% of the time.
• Stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance.
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds with hand truck/pallet jack and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
