Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse activities to ensure accurate storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include supervising timely delivery, maintaining warehouse security, and ensuring a safe working environment through safety program compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate work planning and assignments to optimize personnel and equipment use.
• Maintain inventory levels based on usage and demand.
• Receive shipments, verify accuracy and quality, and update tracking systems.
• Supervise warehouse security and maintenance of inventory.
• Assist in ordering supplies and communicate with vendors as needed.
• Implement improvements to warehouse practices for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Train warehouse staff and assist in hiring processes.
• Uncrate shipments and dispose of or store packaging appropriately.

Qualifications

This role may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
