Job summary

Schwan’s Company in Stilwell, OK is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for finished, tagged and raw material storage, handling and inventories of our frozen foods. The typical hours are approximately 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

This role leads warehouse staff, enforces GMPs and HACCP, coordinates material flow with production and scheduling teams, and maintains accurate counts. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $99,000 per year, with a 10% incentive bonus based on performance, plus our Total

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or related field.
• Knowledge of purchasing, manufacturing, QA, food safety, cycle counting, and distribution practices.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during probationary period).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff in storage, handling, and inventory control.
• Enforce GMPs, HACCP, and safety compliance.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and FIFO flow of bulk ingredients.
• Coordinate transportation and inventory tracking across locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct counts.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in warehouse and dock areas.
