Job summary

The supervisor will drive safety, lean initiatives, and professional development of associates while maintaining quality and on-time delivery targets. The role requires 3-5+ years of warehouse supervision experience in manufacturing and a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to warehouse associates with coaching and presence on shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, accuracy, and on-time delivery targets.
• Plan and manage associate work schedules, training, and cross-training.
• Coordinate with cycle counters, finance, and planners to resolve discrepancies.
• Lead physical inventory counts and maintain 5S/ housekeeping standards.

They will be responsible for safety, budgets, quality, cleanliness, team spirit, lean implementations and professional development of each associate that reports to them.Job Description:Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.Provides leadership to associates, directly coaching associates and maintaining a physical presence on the shift.Manages the performance of team associates with the appropriate recognition, feedback, and or discipline if necessary.Maintains associate attendance information including vacation schedules, verification of time clock punches and training hours documentation.Ensures that safety and housekeeping standards are met.Manages disciplinary problems, disputes and/or conflicts effectively.Encourages positive associate engagement by supporting the PVD/EI process.Ensures that safety, quality, delivery, accuracy, OTD, and cost targets are met.Develops and manages associate work schedule to include vacation requests, LOAs, holidays, and overtime.
