Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound/outbound shipping, inventory accuracy, and scheduling. You will coach forklift operators, office staff, and the warehouse lead while coordinating special requests and projects.

The role emphasizes FIFO, cycle counting, and stringent safety practices in a busy warehouse setting. Experience with WMS/SAP is preferred, and the team values accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ experience in warehouse/inventory management.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be detailed oriented, strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Formal Inventory and Management skills or certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and Safety of Employees (including enforcing policies).
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load & unload trucks.
• Documentation of damaged products.
• Create Bill of Ladings.
• Research discrepancies on bills of lading or transfer sheets.
• Attention to detail with lot codes, item numbers, and descriptions.
• Demonstrate FIFO and Cycle Counting.
• Rework of damaged product and keep warehouse clean.
• Quality assurance of all products.
• Receive materials and check in.
• Process inbound/outbound loads through WMS/SAP.
• Tag/count finished goods & material.
• Create/send daily shift reports.
• Coach and mentor staff reporting to this position.
• Oversee dock coordinators and shipping office staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work 15 days a month!)

Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations including inbound/outbound shipping, scheduling, inventory accuracy, rework, and others as assigned. Assist and coach the forklift operators, office staff, and warehouse lead. Coordinate special requests, oversee special projects.

What You Will Be Doing.

• Supervision and Safety of Employees (including enforcing policies)

• Researching and/or correcting discrepancies on bills of lading or transfer sheets
• Attention to detail concerning lot codes, item numbers, and descriptions
• Ability to demonstrate FIFO and Cycle Counting
• Rework of damaged product and cleanliness of equipment/warehouse floor
• Quality assurance of all products
• Receive materials and check in
• WMS/SAP experience preferred
• Process inbound/outbound loads through warehouse management system
• Tag/count finished goods & material
• Create/send daily shift reports
• Coach and mentor employee’s reporting to this position
• Oversee and assist dock coordinators and other shipping office staff
• Other duties as assigned
