Now hiring a Warehouse Supervisor position at our Salisbury, North Carolina distribution center.
This is a full‑time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (7:00AM – 3:30PM). No weekends or holidays! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day1 benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, we provide seven paid holidays, and the company contributes 6% to a 401(k) with immediate vesting.
In this full‑time Warehouse Supervisor role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the assigned department, maintaining required operational metrics of the area. You will act as a working supervisor of 15‑25 distribution associates and assist the DC Manager and DC Supervisor in hiring, training, coaching, and employee discipline processes with a focus on development and retention. The Warehouse Supervisor interfaces cross‑functionally and collaborates with Purchasing, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Quality Control team members.
Your background should include a High School diploma/GED equivalent and at least three (3) years of general knowledge of distribution or manufacturing operations. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. and have the ability to spend most of your time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
