Complete Farmer LTD is seeking a Warehouse Officer to oversee our regional aggregation or fulfilment centre. You will manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain strict food-safety and quality standards to satisfy buyers and regulators.

The role requires hands-on leadership of staff and collaboration with field operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years' experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience in agricultural commodities or FMCG preferred.
• Knowledge of farm/crop commodity storage and handling.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards for agricultural commodities.
• Ability to coordinate transport logistics and supervise staff.

Position Description

TheWarehouse Officeris the on-ground custodian of Complete Farmer’s aggregation or fulfilmentcentrewithin an assigned region. Reporting jointly to the Supply Chain Director and the Regional Operations Lead(within assigned region), this role ensuresaccurateinventory management, efficient loading and dispatch, and strict adherence to food-safety and quality standards.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, grading, storage, and dispatch of all commodities

• Maintainaccurateinventory records and reconcile stock levels with finance and aggregation teams

• Implement and enforce food-safety, hygiene, and quality-control protocols

• Oversee weighing, packaging, and labelling to meet buyer and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate closely withField Operations andSupply Chain teamsfortimelypick-ups and deliveries

• Conduct regular cycle counts and support full physical stock counts

• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, arranging maintenance as needed

• Prepare andsubmitperiodicoperational reports to the Regional Operations Lead(within assigned region)and Supply Chain Director

• Supervise warehouse staff and casuallabor, ensuring compliance withlabor,healthand safety regulations

WhatYou’llBring:

• 4+ years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in agricultural commodities or FMCG

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, ideally within an agricultural, commodity-trading, or crop-handling environment

• Hands-on knowledge of farm and crop commodity storage, handling, and quality-control practices

• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, stock reconciliation,inventory controlproceduresand loss-prevention procedures

• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards for agricultural commodities

• Ability tooperateand maintain basic warehouse equipment and coordinate transportlogistics

• Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with regional operations, supply chain, and field teams

• Ability to work long or flexible hours during peak harvest and shipment periods

• Willingness to travel within the region to farming or aggregation sites whenrequired

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
