Complete Farmer requires a Warehouse Officer to manage the on-ground custodian duties at the aggregation/fulfilment centre, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient loading/dispatch, and strict adherence to food-safety and quality standards.

Reporting jointly to the Supply Chain Director and the Regional Operations Lead within the assigned region, the role emphasizes inventory control, reporting, and staff supervision during peak harvest and shipments.

Formación

• 4+ years in warehouse or inventory management
• Experience in agricultural commodities or FMCG
• Knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory control
• Ability to travel within region
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of commodities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock levels with finance and aggregation teams.
• Enforce food-safety, hygiene, and quality-control protocols.
• Oversee weighing, packaging, and labelling to meet buyer and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and Supply Chain teams for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and support full physical stock counts.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities; arrange maintenance as needed.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to the Regional Operations Lead and Supply Chain Director.
• Supervise warehouse staff and casual labor, ensuring labor and safety regulations are followed.

WhatYou’llBring:

• 4+ years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in agricultural commodities or FMCG

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, ideally within an agricultural, commodity-trading, or crop-handling environment

• Hands-on knowledge of farm and crop commodity storage, handling, and quality-control practices

• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, stock reconciliation,inventory controlproceduresand loss-prevention procedures

• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards for agricultural commodities

• Ability tooperateand maintain basic warehouse equipment and coordinate transportlogistics

• Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with regional operations, supply chain, and field teams

• Ability to work long or flexible hours during peak harvest and shipment periods

• Willingness to travel within the region to farming or aggregation sites whenrequired

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
