• High school diploma with 1-2 years of technical or business school training, or equivalent technical education.
• 10+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling systems, timekeeping systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and operational goals.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Materials & Logistics Department supporting warehouse operations and production support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.
