Job summary

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in our Illinois facility. You’ll drive performance, coach staff, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering on productivity goals.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) and Excel is a plus.

• Connect the dots between team tasks and customer goals
• Provide consistent performance feedback to help your team grow

• Lead monthly safety meetings and conduct daily safety observations
• Participate in safety committees and help build a proactive safety culture
• Ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are followed at all times
