The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, drive performance, and support audits while maintaining compliance with HES&S standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of warehousing or business relevant experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises MPC Warehouse Technicians and contract employees in performance of duties, ensuring safety and performance standards.
• Provide coaching to employees and participate in performance management discussions.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: goods receipts, goods issues, picklists, cycle counting, stock put away, logistics, and quality control/assurance.
• Coordinate contract staff handling and processing of materials, ensuring safety and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control requirements.
• Maintain high HES&S standards and ensure safe practices in storage and transportation of materials.
