Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Galveston Bay Refinery in Texas City, TX. You will lead a team of MPC Warehouse Technicians and contract staff to ensure safe, accurate warehousing operations around receipts, issue-picking, and cycle counts.

You will drive performance, coach staff, and maintain 24/7 readiness while aligning with HES&S standards and corporate policies. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires availability for extended hours as

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five+ years of warehousing or business-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) on hire.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Results-driven, authentic communicator with a strong strategic outlook.

Mansioni

• Supervise MPC Warehouse Technicians and contract employees.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receipts, issues, picklists, cycle counting, stock put away, logistics, and quality control.
• Coordinate contract staff to meet safety and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and inventory controls.
• Maintain high HES&S standards and drive 100% training compliance by year end.
• Support audits and provide input to adjust contractor headcount as needed.
