Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks an Operations Supervisor in Texas City to lead shift activities at an NGL fractionation facility. You will supervise console and outside operators to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance, including planning, execution, and coordination of resources.

The role requires a high school diploma (advanced degree preferred) and oil & gas experience. 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations at an NGL fractionation facility.
• Coordinate operational activities and supervise operators.
• Support maintenance and turnaround activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
