Perform functions directed towards successfully and efficiently meeting shipping goals for customer orders by providing daily direction, instructions, and training to warehouse personnel, and reporting all warehouse activities to appropriate departments/managers.

Essential Functions

1. Planning and assigning work to meet daily shipping and receiving schedules.
2. Complying with established standards and expectations for shipment of wholesome quality products on time.
3. Supervise or perform duties related to receiving, identifying, and storing raw materials and supplies.
4. Follow established Allergen Control Program Procedures as they apply to shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
5. Maintain an accurate inventory of all finished goods in the warehouse.
6. Complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and disseminate as necessary.
7. Required to climb railcars and silos at times, up to 70 feet high.

Work Environment

• General office and warehouse environment. The majority of work will be performed in the warehouse, where exposure to strong aromas, airborne dust particles, and operating warehouse equipment is possible.
• May sit or stand for long periods, handle objects, and occasionally kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb. Regularly required to talk and listen. Occasional to frequent lifting of objects up to 60 pounds.
