Job summary

Freight Breakers is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Fort Mill, SC site on the 3rd shift. You will lead from the floor, train associates, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity KPIs are met daily while unloading trucks.

Operate equipment alongside the crew and mentor teammates to foster accountability. This full-time role offers $17.00/hour base pay plus $5 per container closure and per-truck production pay, with benefits and PTO and a consistent Sun-Thu schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in warehouse lead/supervisor roles.
• Valid stand-up forklift experience required.
• Willingness to work on dock floor and coach the team.

Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On / 3rd Shift)

Location: Fort Mill, SC (On-site)

Pay: $17.00/hour base + $5.00 per container closure + production pay per truck unloaded

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (8-hour shift, overtime/peak Friday or Saturdays as needed)

Freight Breakers is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead floor operations at our Fort Mill site. What You Will Do

• Lead from the Floor: Direct, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain high productivity, quality, and retention.
• Drive Shift Production: Oversee unloading operations, jump on equipment when needed, and ensure customer turn-times and KPIs are met daily.
• Maintain High Safety Standards: Enforce safety compliance, safe equipment operation, and clear warehouse dock procedures.
• Coordinate Operations: Serve as a reliable point of contact between on-site associates, facility leadership, and customer management.
• Track Shift Metrics: Document daily shift output, completed containers, and equipment checkouts accurately.

Qualifications

• Equipment Experience: Valid hands-on experience operating a stand-up forklift is required.
• Leadership Background: At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
• Hands-On Mindset: Willingness to work actively on the dock floor, unloading and coaching side-by-side with your team.
• Communication & Tech: Solid verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, inventory/shift logs).
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Preferred: Prior 3PL, cross-dock, or production-pay environment experience; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
