Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Food and Beverage Industry experience strongly preferred.
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills are a must.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by coordinating and enforcing policies.
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient workflows.
• Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; advise management on actions.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconcile with data storage system.
• Maintain physical condition of the warehouse by planning new layouts; inspect equipment and arrange repairs.
• Achieve financial objectives by budgeting, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
• Complete warehouse requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up on results.
