Job summary

Schnellecke Group in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure safety, and drive performance. You will coach teams, manage resources, monitor KPIs, and support budgeting and planning in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 2nd shift hours and overtime; bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required; a High School diploma is the minimum; prior supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2nd shift hours 3:30pm–12:00am with overtime as required.
• Fluent in English with bilingual Spanish language skills.
• Experience supervising warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.

The Bilingual Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing daily operational leadership to team member while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high performing work environment. This role supports all aspects of warehouse operations, including safety compliance, performance management, process improvement, and achievement of customer care and production goals within the Chattanooga, TN facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members follow company and regulatory safety standards.
• Apply core business technologies and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and best practices across operations.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and workload expectations.
• Manage and allocate resources to meet daily production and operational goals.
• Oversee operational workflows to ensure alignment with service level agreements.
• Monito and validate operational performances to ensure quality standards and KPI's are consistently achieved.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to support development and accountability.
• Assist with planning, reporting, and budget related activities as needed.
