Job summary

Allied Personnel Services seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM–Midnight), Mon-Fri, with occasional overtime weekends. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

You will lead picking, packing, staging, receiving, and inventory control, monitor systems, train staff, and drive process improvements to meet KPIs and coordinate with other departments. Candidates should have 15+ years in shipping/logistics with leadership experience; MRP experience (SAP preferred)

Qualifications

• Experience working in an MRP is a must (SAP preferred).
• MS Office skills are needed.
• 15+ years of experience in a shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse environment with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate picking, packing, staging, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory control activities.
• Monitor digital systems and physical workflows to resolve issues that could affect fill rate or delay outbound shipments.
• Train new staff.
• Implement process improvements.

This career opportunity offers full time 2nd shift hours - 330p-midnight, Mon-Fri. The ability to cover some additional overtime hours including on a rotating weekend basis is needed.

This position offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary ($80,000/annually).
