Job Description

Job Summary

Supervises multiple departments within the distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Provides direction and motivation to warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities

• Monitor productivity and balance workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provide training, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient task completion.
• Ensure smooth operation of all warehousing functions and act as point-of-contact for escalated issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance performance and departmental effectiveness.
• Evaluate distribution center's efficiency and inventory management.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Complete paperwork and productivity reports.

Work Environment

• Typically in a comfortable environment with exposure to dust, fumes, or odors.
• Requires physical exertion: walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting (50+ pounds), and maneuvering equipment.
• Overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education And Experience

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline, 5+ years of experience, and possibly certification. An advanced degree may offset less experience.

Pay Range

$64,400.00-$94,300.00 annually
