Job summary

My Auto Store in West Deptford, NJ is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and enjoys leading a team to keep operations organized, efficient, and safe.

You will supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinate workflow, ensure on-time shipping, and use WMS to track inventory. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, pay $24–$27/hr.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Lead/ supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to warehouse staff to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Work closely with transportation, customer service, and management teams to support operations.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Step in and assist with warehouse tasks when needed to keep the operation moving.
