Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

To support our teams in building great products and contributing to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd Shift located in Columbia, South Carolina.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee various warehouse activities including receiving, storage, line replenishment of raw materials, and maintaining inventory and records.

2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday - Friday

Typical Responsibilities:

1. Oversee receiving and distribution of goods.
2. Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
3. Perform quality checks on received products.
4. Maintain optimal stock levels for profitability.
5. Keep records of equipment and inventory.
6. Conduct routine inventory counts.
7. Order necessary equipment.
8. Ensure WIP locations are stocked.
9. Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
10. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse.
11. Handle escalations and manage stock room reports.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with BaaN MRP and basic MRP knowledge.
• Experience with Kronos and MS Office.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Forklift experience (preferred).
• Experience with inventory cycle counting.
• Experience working with high-speed production lines in a warehouse setting.
