Job summary

Martin-Brower in Walker, MI, seeks a warehouse supervisor to plan daily manpower needs, optimize day-to-day staffing, and minimize overtime while upholding safety and productivity.

You will lead daily shift meetings, assign tasks to warehouse staff, train on SOPs, maintain productivity and reliability data, and support ongoing flow improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
