Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will assign work, set expectations, coach employees, address issues, and ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

This role emphasizes frontline leadership and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who can keep the team organized, accountable, and focused on providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of five years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, establish clear expectations, gain team commitment, and ensure accountability and follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees, supervisors, and vendors.

  • Lead warehouse personnel by setting expectations, gaining commitment, and following through to ensure successful execution.
  • Build a positive, energetic, and safe team environment that promotes accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
  • Coordinate team schedules, training, progress reviews, and related documentation.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, damage reporting, and warehouse records.
  • Prioritize orders, shipping documents, and daily workload to meet customer and company needs.
  • Manage inventory activities, returns, warehouse supplies, and semi-annual inventory counts.

  • Support product-related warehouse activities, including pump alignment, assembly, and team instruction
  • Maintain product knowledge and uphold company policies, safety standards, and OSHA compliance
  • Contribute wherever needed to support the team and overall warehouse performance
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of five years of management or supervisory experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, establish clear expectations, gain team commitment, and ensure accountability and follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of order processing systems, inventory management practices, basic mathematics, and standard warehouse equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams while promoting accountability, workplace safety, and a positive work environment.
