Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sanborn, NY. This temp role (3 months with potential direct) involves picking, packing, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will move products throughout the facility, assist with shipping/receiving, and operate warehouse equipment after training. Strong teamwork and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders according to the customer order/bill of materials
• Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and data integrity
• Perform physical counts as directed by Inventory Control
• Operate warehouse equipment (WAVE, Pallet Jack, Bander) after training
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain safe behavior and attitude throughout the department
• Respectfully take direction from lead, supervisor or manager

About the Opportunity

The Warehouse Associate will provide the physical movement of products and components throughout the facility. The contractor will be involved in the order picking process for distribution, the movement of material through shipping and receiving, and the component picking for assembly/kitting.
