Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Plan, organize, and manage the work of warehouse associates to ensure orders are processed on time.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to improve performance and morale.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock rotation and accuracy via cycle counts and audits.
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA/compliance standards.
• Operate or oversee forklift, pallet jacks, and scanners as needed.
