Job summary

CIRCOR in Tampa, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct Receiving and Warehouse activities within a manufacturing setting and to enforce safety policies. The role ensures the department operates safely while meeting production schedules.

You will lead daily activities, monitor attendance, conduct performance reviews, train staff, interview candidates, and coordinate with HR and Operations to maintain efficiency and compliance.

• Assign tasks and projects to Group Leads.
• Insure in meeting the production schedule.
• Maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a near, safe and ordering condition.
• Report any problems or difficulties to the Operations Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must meet attendance and punctuality requirements for position.
