Job summary

Leslie Controls, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct Receiving and Warehouse activities within a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes safety policy enforcement and efficient daily operations.

The candidate will train staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure production schedules are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. 7+ years warehouse experience with supervisory background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and projects to Group Leads.
• Insure in meeting the production schedule.
• Maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a near, safe and ordering condition.
• Report any problems or difficulties to the Operations Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must meet attendance and punctuality requirements for position.

POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing organization directs the activities of employees engaged in Receiving and Warehouse. The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor also ensures the safety of workers in the organization by setting safety policies for the department.
