Responsibilities include:

1. Directing overall performance of the Distribution Center, including operations, customer service, administration, systems, and human resources.
2. Managing receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods.
3. Using computerized systems to monitor stock levels and fulfill customer orders.
4. Shipping and delivering merchandise to customer warehouses, wholesale, or retail outlets.

Key duties:

• Maintain same-day order fulfillment.
• Organize and process customer orders.
• Schedule and process inter-company transfers.
• Ensure compliance with all customer requests.
• Create documentation for delivering finished goods.
• Accurately receive and process vendor-supplied finished goods.
• Organize daily job requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, including outsourced packaging.
• Stocking and identification of existing and new products.
• Establish and enforce warehouse safety and operational guidelines.
• Manage warehouse resources efficiently.
• Continuously seek to improve warehouse performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
