Consolidated Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order accuracy, and staging for delivery.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, accountability, and team development in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage processes, support the warehouse team, and collaborate with branch staff to ensure customers receive the right products on time, every time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Plumbing, hydronic heating, or water works knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Demonstrated leadership style focused on safety and accountability.

Warehouse Supervisor

As a part of Consolidated Supply Co., a leading Pacific Northwest plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works wholesale distributor, our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in keeping branch operations running safely, efficiently, and accurately. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting and developing the warehouse team while overseeing the day-to-day activities that ensure our customers receive the right products, on time, every time.

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor works side by side with warehouse employees while providing leadership, direction, and accountability for all warehouse and operational activities. This includes overseeing receiving, inventory control, order accuracy, warehouse systems and processes, and the timely and accurate staging of products for delivery.

The Warehouse Supervisor creates a safe, organized, and productive work environment by setting clear expectations, supporting team members, and leading by example. This role works closely with other branch team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in wholesale distribution.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Plumbing, hydronic heating, or water works product knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
