Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a team of associates, ensuring on-time, accurate order fulfillment and a customer-centric mindset across the supply chain.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent; align daily workstreams with field partner service needs; drive safety, quality, and KPI achievement; and partner with shifts to improve throughput while maintaining compliance with OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
