Pomp’s is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to drive daily operations in our tire service facility. You will oversee delivery scheduling, inventory management, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of tires and related goods.

The role supports cost-effective inventory control, on-time deliveries to customers, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Formación

• AS400 system knowledge.
• Knowledge of the commercial tire market, sizing and application.
• Ability to analyze sales data and forecast demand.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills for customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Order tires to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Organize and arrange the warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency.
• Oversee inventory rotation to ensure proper stock management.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Deliver tires to clients and service locations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Basic understanding of the AS400 system
• Knowledge of the commercial tire market, including sizing and application
• Ability to analyze sales data and forecast future demand
• Class ‘A’ CDL preferred
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical capability to lift, push, carry, and move up to 100 pounds
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
