Guardian Glass in Richburg, SC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-impact team at our state-of-the-art float glass facility. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a 7-7 rotating shift pattern.

You will coordinate schedules, work with cross-functional teams, and monitor warehouse systems while analyzing data to implement corrective actions for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced leader in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
• Comfortable with 7-7 rotating shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Experience fostering a safe and innovative work environment.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal development.

What You Will Do
