Job summary

Guardian Glass in Geneva, NY is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a hands-on team of 8–20 in a fast-paced float glass facility. You will promote safety, coordinate production, and drive on-time delivery while aligning your crew with our quality standards.

Relocation support is provided, and compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year. This role requires supervisory experience and the ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 day/night schedule.

• Monitor production systems and enter data, correct errors, and control key screens.

For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
