Job summary

Guardian Glass in Richburg, SC, invites you to lead a high-impact warehouse team in a state-of-the-art facility that produces flat glass for residential applications. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while guiding daily operations.

You will coordinate shifts, supervise a cross-functional crew, monitor warehouse systems, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to meet customer demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced leader in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts and adapting to change (7-7 rotating shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule)
