PCI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its Raleigh 531 operations based in Raleigh, NC. The role oversees all warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, and fulfilling customer orders, with strict attention to accuracy and timeliness.

The candidate should have 5+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in construction, excellent customer service, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares receiving reports and enters into computer after verifying correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading, invoices, or manifests; resolves discrepancies.
• Ensures that all common carrier and UPS orders are prepared for shipment; contacts carrier for pickup as appropriate.
• Inventory control of company assets such as tools, equipment, and scaffolding.

PCI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its Raleigh 531 operations based in Raleigh, NC. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

• The Warehouse Supervisor must oversee all warehouse functions in conjunction with receiving materials, stocking merchandise and filling customer orders.
• Fills project team orders in accordance with a generated picking ticket or other document. Record items filled and omitted, if any. Notifies supervisor of order shortages.
• Prepares receiving reports and enters into computer after verifying correctness of incoming materials by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests or other records. Notes and resolves discrepancies and obvious damage.
• Ensures that all common carrier and U.P.S. orders are prepared for shipment. Contacts carrier for pick up as appropriate.
• Inventory control of company assets such as tools, equipment, and scaffolding.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience;construction industry preferred
