Job summary

Stratix Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and cycle counting. This role reports to the Director of Logistics and Warehouse Operations and will ensure accurate inventory and efficient workflow.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional groups, drive improvements in service metrics, and maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred; 4–7 years in warehouse ops mgmt.
  • Strong leadership and people management with continuous improvement culture.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, KPI development, and reporting.
  • Analytical with ability to translate data into operational improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP; knowledge of FedEx and UPS shipping systems.
  • Valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team and build strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Order Management, Production/Staging, Customer Service, Project Management, Finance, IT, and other departments to support operational goals.
  • Monitor and improve service metrics across receiving, picking, fulfillment, and shipping to ensure a strong customer experience.
  • Drive operational strategy, process improvements, and innovation to support productivity, revenue, profitability, and overall warehouse performance.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective communication and follow-through.
  • Communicate warehouse performance, trends, challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior management and leadership.
  • Maintain overall accountability for warehouse safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
  • Manage warehouse staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and policy compliance.
  • Evaluate workflows, staffing needs, space utilization, and equipment layout to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse work instructions, safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and cycle counting. Reporting to the Director of Logistics and Warehouse Operations, this role ensures efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, effective vendor relationships, and the proper management of packaging materials and warehouse resources.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred, with 4–7 years of warehouse operations management experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated success building a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis, KPI development, operational reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience translating data and cross-functional input into actionable operational improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or other ERP/Warehouse Management Systems; knowledge of FedEx and UPS shipping systems preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; valid driver’s license required and forklift operator certification preferred.
