JINGDONG Logistics in Old Bridge, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team, manage inbound/outbound logistics, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced facility. The role requires Mandarin bilingual abilities and strong WMS knowledge to optimize operations and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehouse roles with supervisory experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with relevant certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, performance, and staffing.

3PL Warehouse Supervisor - Bilingual Mandarin REQUIRED

Location: Old Bridge, NJ

Job Type: Full- Time

Responsibilities
